Our wine is produced in the “Astraco di Burlò” district, in the Noto territory. It is a small vineyard overlooking the city of Noto defined by Cesare Brandi as “the stone garden”. The vineyard, surrounded by green expanses of citrus , carob , almond and olive groves, is always kissed by the sun and by a light breeze coming from the sea. In this uncontaminated environment, our nectar begins its journey that will take it to your table.
The Mazzone Sebastiana Farm, using the most modern winemaking techniques, cultivates and vinifies grapes in absolute respect for the oldest tradition, enriching the product with the flavor of artisanal production. The owned vineyards are cultivated “always” according to the rules of organic viticulture, to protect the environment and human health. The grape harvest is carried out approximately from the second decade of September, and from these grapes a wine is obtained which preserves the richness of this splendid Sicilian land. Warm and enveloping aroma, sober acidity and powerful dry extract, pleasant on the palate and suitable for aging. It just waits to be tasted.
